All products sold by Five Flags are shipped in "NEW" condition.  Inspect all packages for damage (in the drivers presence if possible), immediately upon receipt.  Have the driver note any damages on the shipping documents before signing for them.  If undetected damage is discovered after the driver has gone, notify the carrier immediately so that they may inspect the package.  Be sure to retain all packaging.  Please call Five Flags at (850) 941-2080 so that we may assist with the damage claim.
