Return Policy
Five Flags
will allow a return on products that are in new condition and are in the
original packaging. "New condition" means that the product has not been
charged, installed, fueled, started or ridden. Customers must call
(850) 941-2080 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) BEFORE shipping
the product back to Five Flags. Return shipping and insurance charges
are the responsibility of the customer. Any merchandise returned
without a RAN or any merchandise returned freight collect is subject to
being refused. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking
fee. Any actual shipping cost incurred by Five Flags in the original
delivery of the merchandise to the customer, whether included as part of
the original total purchase price or offered as a "Free Shipping"
promotion, will also be deducted from refunds.
Merchandise that has been either charged, installed, fueled, started or
ridden is considered "USED". Used products may be returned for warranty
repair or replacement ONLY!
Our Return Policy does not provide for a "Free Trial Run" and is
designed to discourage such shopping. Our products are not like
sweaters that we can just put on a new hanger and resell. We would
rather discourage some sales than to offer "Full Refunds" on merchandise
that customers "Tried Out" (at our expense), then returned in
un-marketable condition. |
