Warranty Policy
All products sold by
Five Flags carry a 90 day warranty. Products that fail within this
90 day period will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of five
Flags. Operation of products in ways contrary to their intended
use is considered abuse and is not covered by warranty. If
warranty repair requires only the replacement of a part, and customer is
comfortable with replacing the part themselves, Five Flags will ship the
part to the customer. If warranty repair requires more than simple
part replacement, the product would need to be returned to Five Flags
for warranty service. It is the customer's responsibility to
return the product to five Flags for warranty service, however, Five
Flags will pay for return shipping back to the customer upon completion
of warranty repair. |
